About Hayley

Hayley Evans is a product strategy leader focused on helping organizations make smarter decisions in complex and ambiguous environments. Her work sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, behavioral science, and systems thinking, with a focus on turning insight into decisions and outcomes that drive meaningful impact.

Over the past decade, Hayley has worked across academic, government, and health tech startup environments, shaping product direction, guiding strategic investments, and helping organizations navigate large-scale transformation. Her experience spans product innovation, enterprise experience strategy, customer insight systems, responsible AI, and organizational decision-making within complex healthcare ecosystems.

Hayley is particularly interested in how behavioral science can improve both product experiences and the decision-making systems organizations use. She has built and scaled research and insight capabilities from the ground up and now works more broadly across product strategy, growth, and business direction.

Her leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and deeply human-centered. She believes the best outcomes emerge when teams are empowered to think critically, communicate openly, and bring diverse perspectives into the decision-making process. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel trusted, supported, and able to do meaningful work.

Hayley holds a PhD in Human Centered Computing from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MA in Graphic Communication Management and Technology from New York University, and a BA in Spanish from Loyola University Maryland.

Outside of work, Hayley spends time on a small farm with her family in Western New York. Animals bring her a great deal of joy, and she cares deeply about their well-being. When she is not working, she can usually be found kayaking, hiking, gardening, or caring for livestock animals.
